Stevensville, Maryland, November 28, 2007 –
Vapotherm, the global leader in High Flow Oxygen Therapy products,
will introduce a new respiratory care device at the AARC annual
conference in Orlando, Florida on December 1, 2007. Vapotherm’s
Precision Flow™ is the first high flow therapy device
to integrate humidification, gas blending, flow control and
full alarm functionality into a single device for the delivery
of nasal cannula inspired gases. The Company has submitted
and is awaiting 510 (k) clearance for the new product from
the FDA.

The device is pending
FDA510(k) clearance and is not currently available for sale
in the US.

In an informal ceremony held in the offices of VidaCare in San Antonio, Richard Manley, president of CVC presented CVC’s Vendor of the Year Honors to VidaCare, Inc., makers of the EZ-IO intraosseous port. Accepting the award for VidaCare were Phil Faris, CEO and Jim Thomsen, VP of Sales. VidaCare has experienced significant growth in the Southwest and has become a very important product to CVC and to the customers that CVC services. In recognition of this growth and in the professionalism with which VidaCare conducts its business, CVC awarded its highest honor to V idaCare for 2007.
